Shipping Information


Wholesale Shipping:

Shipping rates depend on the quantity and type of product ordered. Standard FedEx, UPS and DHL shipping rates apply. Please email or call for a quote. Ask about shipping discounts for 200lbs or more shipped to a commercial area. (If shipping with DHL reduced rates also apply to residential) Ordering by container? We can ship with our semi-truck to your location! Container size is 40-48 ft and holds approx 1800-2000 blankets. Ask for a quote today!


Retail Shipping: ( drop shipping )


We use FedEx in the USA (48 states), FedEx in Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are USPS unless otherwise specified (may have additional charges). Shipping to any other country is additional; you are responsible for duties & taxes. We will bill your card if charged back to us.
APO addresses are an additional 14.00 shipping USPS.
Express Mail is available for an additional fee. Please call or email for quotes and instructions to add to your order.
Expedite your order to assure *same day shipments for an additional fee of $7.00 per order. Please call or email for instructions to expedite your order. *Monday-Friday orders placed before noon MST excluding holidays. *Does not apply to wholesale orders.


Returning Merchandise

If you need to return merchandise, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at sales@hqblankets.com. In the email, please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take. We will send you an RMA number to be included with your return. Please note that we do not refund shipping for any reason. If you received free shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds only apply to retail purchases. If you purchased wholesale you may exchange your merchandise if in original packaging/condition within 30 days of purchase. We do not reimburse any shipping of any kind at any time.


Merchandise damaged during shipping

All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur during shipment, notify Shipper (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) immediately then contact us. Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by shipping inspectors may be necessary. Please take pictures of item and packaging. If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.
